We use single estate tea, coffee and fairtrade products. We were the first eco friendly and organic hotel and restaurant in Wales. Good Food Guide listed 2004-2008. Other accolades include the Green Dragon Environmental Award and the Considerate Hoteliers Sustain Food Challenge Award. We are the pioneers of food transportation by railway.
