A small family-run farmhouse hotel in the heart of the Trossachs. Peacefully set in 2000 acres, it enjoys magnificent views across two crystal clear lochs. The menu in the award-winning restaurant changes daily. Most of our produce comes from within a thirty mile radius. Fish is delivered from the west coast, selected for optimum freshness and quality. Our garden supplies as many herbs as we can manage, plus all the basics from strawberries and salads to high summer favourites like broad beans and carrots, then on to cabbages and kale as the season progresses. We are great believers in preserving the best of our produce, from homemade jams and pickles to cured beef and bacon.
