A small farm [45 acres] with organic beef suckler cows in the far west of Wales. The grey stone house, with ancient ivy growing round the porch, was built in 1867. Its pine panelled windows look towards the Preseli Hills. Delicious home cooked meals with vegetarian options. We use our own organic produce, including eggs, beef, fruit and vegetables. Soups, cakes and marmalade are all homemade. Visitors may walk anywhere around the farm. There are sketch maps with rambles down to the stream or up to the high fields. Part of a Welsh conservation scheme, the front meadow is being devoted to new planting [crab apple, rowan, black thorn]. The long sandy Cardiganshire coast, with its clear waters, is just ten minutes drive away.
