Town House Hotel
Bed and Breakfast, £30-£67.50 pppn
Local organic, local farm, homemade
A 'green' hotel, environmentally friendly, and serving organic food. Paskins Town House, in the heart of one of Victorian England's most perfectly preserved conservation areas, is in a tranquil street lined with fine four storey buildings [built around 1810], with intricate cast iron balconies and gracious bow fronts. Healthy cuisine. We pride ourselves that most of our fresh ingredients are organic, and many are grown on local Sussex farms, including the eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms. The beach is at the end of the road. Paskins is not far from the South Downs Way, imposing chalk cliffs, Beachy Head [with views across the sea], picturesque medieval villages, forests and bird sanctuaries.
