This old farm is surrounded by an expanse of prickly pears and sits on the summit of a hill between Caltagirone and Piazza Armerina. The 300 hectares of fertile lands are cultivated following the peasant tradition. The company offers exclusively biological produce to its guests. Wine, oil, honey, liqueurs made in-house, prickly pear, fruit fresh and dried, cheeses and Sicilian delicatessen, game, roast and barbecued meats, paste made in-house (the all flavoured one with our excellent olive oil), accompanied by the wine that is produced with the grapes of Nero d'Avola, cultivated in vineyards and picked by hand. All the products come rigorously from biological and regional cultivations.
