From this organic farm, on a hill encircled with olives, almonds and lemons, can be seen the ochre roofs of Noto - the beautiful World Heritage city of Sicilian Baroque. With Siracusa, the Vendicari Wildlife Refuge, the pools of Cava Grande, or the vale of the Anapo, the opportunities for discovery in this region must not be missed. At the moment the owners of Terra di Pace [meaning 'peaceful land'] do not serve meals, but you can purchase their olive oil, organically grown and bottled on the farm, and buy produce from the organic grocery in the baroque town of Noto only 4km away. The dressed woodwork table in the courtyard, in the shade of a mulberry, is the ideal place for a cappuccino in the morning.
