On this 140 acre organic farm, continuously farmed since at least 1797, the Coli family maintains a large herd of dairy goats for breeding stock and milk, harvests a delicious crop of highbush blueberries, breeds gentle Norwegian Fjord horses, and produces an abundant supply of pure maple syrup. We have five welcoming accommodations - an apartment attached to the operating maple sugarhouse, a log cabin surrounded by pastures, a private three level cottage, a modern post and beam home, and a renovated cozy bungalow. During a stay at Blue Heron Farm the outside world seems to disappear, while guests may milk a dairy goat, pick blueberries or participate in other seasonal farm activities.
