Maura conjurs masterful meals utilising the excellent produce from the garden
100 yards from Kilmurvey beach, the cosy cottages are well maintained with an old world charm that has to be experienced to be appreciated. I’m an avid organic gardener and nearly half the acre of land the cottage is on is given over to this pursuit. Utilising the excellent produce from the garden my wife Maura conjures masterful meals that she serves in the small restaurant located in the main building. The soups she creates are original, unique and exquisite, and I [while professing no artistic talent] fabricate amazing salads out of my garden, featuring a medley of greens as well as flowers, including squash flowers and even pansies. Lunch from 6 Euros. Dinner [booking only] from 35 Euros. Packed lunches also available.
