Baron Giancarlo Massola [the last descendant of a noble family whose ancestors spent their summers here at Villanova in the 18th century] enthusiastically maintains the old agricultural traditions in the olive groves and vineyards. Oil and wine are the main products, and much of the work is still carried out manually. We also produce vegetables, honey, and fruit - used to prepare delicious jams and preserves. Harmful chemicals are strictly forbidden on the farm so enjoy the taste of 100% natural products. Explore the beauty of the coastline of the Cinque Terre from a network of footpaths.
