Our small country house lies in a 185 acre working organic farm in sight of the town of Urbino. It nestles in a landscape of gentle rolling hills, rich in wild flora and fauna. Always keeping in mind the philosophy that 'one should tread lightly on the earth' we grow organically our own wheat, fruits and vegetables and raise our cattle, pigs and poultry with 100% natural feed. We prepare traditional home cooking. More than 70% of the food we serve in the restaurant is from our own fresh organic produce. We make our own bread and pasta, jams and wine. In the autumn we have truffles from our woods. We buy as much as we can from nearby farms, most of them organic. We produce 100% of our electricity through photovoltaic panels.
