East Penrest is a 120 acre organic beef and sheep farm in the lovely Inny Valley, on the fringes of the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Free range children are especially welcome. Home cooked meals by prior arrangement, with lots of fresh vegetables and potatoes or rice. Where possible we use our own organic produce, otherwise it is sourced locally from non intensive environmentally friendly systems. Enjoy a plate of hot from the oven scones at teatime, with clotted cream and homemade strawberry jam, £10 for eighteen scones. Supper is from £14 per person [minimum of six persons] for a main course and a pudding. We can provide you with our eggs, our own apple juice, and we always have lamb in our freezer.
