Home produced eggs, herbs and honey
The cabin is set in 2.5 acres of native woodland on a six acre smallholding run on permaculture principles. We grow our food organically using raised beds, solar powered irrigation, and home produced cattle manure for fertiliser. Visitors say how peaceful and relaxing it is to live simply for a few days in the cabin. Breakfast, dinner and a hamper can be provided at extra cost. Food is largely vegetarian, using as much home grown herbs, eggs and honey as possible, although we do have home grown bacon. Holistic treatments such as Reiki, Indian Head Massage and NLP are available on request. A permaculture library and reading room is available for guests to use while here. Simple camping is also available from £5 per night.
