La Casa di Pippinitto is an ancient farmhouse set in a citrus grove between Mount Etna and the Mediterranean Sea. The farm covers 8 hectares and we produce lemons, oranges, clementines, olives and walnuts. We also grow many different types of fruit and vegetables for the family and guests. On request we cook vegetarian meals with our vegetables. We are proud of the fact that our farm is organic, and uses only the natural goodness of the fertile volcanic soil. We believe that the flavour and nutritious content of our produce is greatly improved by the lack of chemicals. Roughly a century ago Pippinitto worked on this land. It is to him and his donkey that we dedicate our hospitality, respect for nature and love of travel.
