Our family run hotel, built and hand crafted with the natural stone of Cappadocia, has five guest rooms. Here you can enjoy real Turkish village food and experience traditional village life. We have a small vegetable garden near the hotel, and also a large vegetable garden outside the village. We grow tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, cucumbers, onions, garlic, potatoes - as well as fruit such as grapes, apples, apricots, walnuts, strawberries, and more. All our own produce is grown naturally, although we have no certification for our organic produce. All other produce is local, but fresh local produce is not available all year round. We start using our own home produce from mid July until October or later [weather permitting].
