We would like to welcome you to join us in a very special experience right in the heart of the Polish countryside. An area rich in natural and cultural biodiversity, with traditional and organic small scale family farms and delicious farmhouse foods. You will be housed in farmhouse accommodation known as Potoczek on a smallholding. The farmhouse is situated right next to the ECOCENTRE ICPPC - if you wish you can join one of the following ecological workshops: 'The Way to Self Sufficiency' [8-9 May] - this programme will introduce you to the revival of small scale 'grow your own' quality foods; 'An Introduction to Permaculture' [21-22 May]; 'Discover Healthy Polish Peasant Foods and Farming' [see our website for details].
