Le St Barnabe Hotel & Spa is ideally located in the heart of Alsace, in the natural regional park of the Ballons des Vosges. Because we give the highest priority to environmental issues, we joined the brand 'Les Hotels au Naturel'. We propose an eco friendly establishment, from the walls of your bedroom to our cuisine. A breakfast buffet with biological products is served in the breakfast room from 7am to 10.30am. Our restaurant is open every day except Wednesdays. We serve gastronomic food made with the freshest of ingredients, using produce in season - local and organic whenever possible. If time allows, you may enjoy the simple pleasure of an Ayurvedic massage, a walk in the hills, or a hike in the Vosges Mountains.
