Bed and Breakfast in a historic house in East Saint Helen Street, described in Pevsner’s Architectural Guide as one of the most interesting streets in England. East Saint Helen Street is in fact the oldest part of town, and the house and our four guest rooms have character and charm. Breakfast ingredients are organic, fairtrade and locally sourced where possible and include homemade muesli, bread, marmalade, fresh fruit and yogurt. Light cooked breakfasts, such as scrambled eggs with ham / herbs and mushrooms, are served. From this quiet street in the town centre there is ready access to riverside walks, shops and restaurants. There is a frequent express bus service into Oxford, which is seven miles north of Abingdon.
