A secret place in an unknown part of Tuscany where you can taste the best of our Terra Madre. The area is full of local organic farms and all the ingredients we use are grown in the traditional way. We are SlowFood members and have had a famous restaurant in Pisa for years. We want to give our guests not only good and organic food, but also the chance to get in touch with the organic world by tasting and discovering all that can be found in this area. We produce fine herbs and some vegetables ourselves and we get the rest from farmers who respect nature and animals. Vegetarian meals possible.
