Our restaurant is supplied with naturally grown produce from our own garden where possible
Our family run hotel is set in a stunning location overlooking the natural harbour and the Ilen river estuary in the picturesque fishing village of Baltimore. Food is our raison d'etre and we use the freshest of our own home grown produce where possible. If not available we carefully source our ingredients from the area using the West Cork Fuscia brand. Our garden produces fresh produce [carrots, potatoes, cucumber, beetroot, onions, marrows, pumpkins, herbs, tomatoes, fruit, etc] without the use of harmful pesticides and chemicals to protect our green footprint. Our mussel farm in Roaring Water Bay provides succulent mussels, and our contacts with the local fishing fleet provide us with fresh Atlantic fish and shellfish.
