Our completely renovated 19th century stone farmhouse nestles in a hilly garden and olive grove in the National Park of Cilento. It's in a peaceful location with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Salerno, Amalfi and Capri. I generally offer breakfast if people would like it, but don't cook for guests except when they ask me to. I cook with mineral water and use only produce from my back yard, fresh fish and products bought from 'Un Punto Macrobiotico'. I grow vegetables and make jam with the fruits from my garden [strawberry, plum, apricot, fig]. I make bread once a week with 'pasta madre' - a natural leaven I make myself with natural water and meal from the organic shop. I produce my own organic oil, and red and white wine.
