On the property we have the unspoilt diversity of Barrington Tops with hundreds of unique birds, mammals and rare species. This is a nature lover’s paradise. We serve organic meals and Australia's best certified organic wines and real ales with friendly service and welcoming hospitality in the restaurant and bar. We have been involved in the organic industry for over twenty years and have a passion for the environment, organic food and sustainable products. Most of the fresh produce is grown organically on our 2000 acre retreat or sourced from local organic growers.
