Standing at the head of Cashel Bay is a gracious mid 19th century country house set in 50 acres of award winning gardens. Luxury and tranquility are offered to discerning guests. We pride ourselves on our country house cooking. Connemara's lakes, rivers and mountain land, as well as the island studded bay, combine to provide our choicest food complemented by a wide variety of naturally grown vegetables and herbs from our own gardens. No chemicals are needed to encourage growth as a mixture of seaweed from the beach combined with a few secrets are used as a magnificent fertilizer. Our hens provide fresh eggs, we bake all our own breads, cakes, scones and desserts, and make our own famous jams and marmalades.
