Friendly Cottage nestles in the foothills of the Quantocks at Huntstile Organic Farm. The pretty 17th century stone built cottage has a garden with lovely views over fields of organic wheat. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cosy sitting room with a log burner and plenty of logs supplied from the farm. The cottage is centrally heated by the little pale blue Rayburn, which also provides piping hot water and additional cooking facilities in the well equipped kitchen. For food supplies there’s plenty of choice including a local vegetable box scheme delivering organic fruit and vegetables on Fridays. With a little notice breakfasts [£7.50] and evening meals [£15 per head] are available from the organic farm next door.
