The Byre at Quercus Bluff is a unique holiday cottage, created by its craftsman owner to provide a peaceful rustic retreat in the heart of the unspoilt South Cotswolds countryside. It has been imaginatively converted using locally sourced materials, including felled oak from the farm’s woodland [for the doors, window frames and roof timbers] and reclaimed flagstones for the floor. In the lower meadow there's a wonderful picnic and camping area, complete with hand crafted wooden furniture. Free eange eggs and home grown vegetables are available according to the season. A popular farmers' market takes place in Stroud [three miles] every Saturday. Footpaths and bridleways, including The Cotswold Way, pass close by the farm.
