Lamprecht Farm, in the enchanting Nöring Valley, has been in the same family for 300 years. Organic produce includes Carinthian ham, venison sausages, liver spread, 'verhackert', stag salami, 'Glundner cheese', sour cheese, cottage cheese, curd, 'Liptauer', butter, whey, homemade bread, 'Reindling', meat from our own live stock (veal, lamb, pork, goat, venison), trout, organically grown vegetable and herbs from our garden. Just two minutes walk from the farm takes you to our little paradise, a waterfall including a private pond for swimming and a wooden cabin. Once a week there is a barbecue with music by the waterfall, where you can sample brandy made from dwarf pine honey.
