Enjoy the tranquillity and warmness of my guesthouse in the village of Kayakoy. It is a place where nature, culture and history embrace each other. I am always delighted to serve my guests. Food is served all year round in the restaurant. Meat comes from local livestock, which is fed on Kayakoy's mountains. Breads are made from locally produced wheat and oat flour. I only use extra virgin cold pressed olive oil, which is also produced locally. Many of the vegetables and herbs I use in my kitchen come from my own garden and are organically grown. I buy the rest from my neighbours, who are farmers. My guests are always welcome to gather vegetables and fruits with me, and join me in the kitchen to learn Turkish recipes.
