A 17th/18th century U shaped farmhouse surrounded by vineyards, meadows, sunflower and wheat fields about half a mile outside the village of Cormeray. It has been ecologically restored with solar panels, insulation in hemp and lime, and heating with pellets. The cuisine is light, wholesome and full of flavour. I have chosen organic food for myself, and I like to promote and share it with my guests. Menus are designed according to what is ripe and available in my own garden, or from other local growers whom I know personally. I generally serve a variety of salads to start with, followed by a meat or fish dish with vegetables, finishing with dessert and then cheese. Vegetarian meals are possible if requested in advance.
