Fior di Farine has five charming ensuite rooms, which can accommodate up to twelve people. It is situated in front of our flour mill, Mulino Sobrino, in the picturesque village of La Morra in the heart of the Langhe in Piedmont, a region in the north west of Italy world renowned for its excellent wines and cuisine. Delicious homemade organic foods - utilizing our own flour - are included in the ample breakfast buffet. Our historic mill has long been an essential part of the local cuisine. Our operation is strictly an artisanal one, and our superior flours are used by discerning cooks to make wonderful fresh pasta and grissini, etc. Our philosophy is a respect for and an appreciation of forgotten ingredients and traditional techniques.
