The Majnoni Guicciardini Estate is located halfway between Siena and Florence, in the tiny medieval village of Vico d'Elsa. The estate covers almost 800 acres on the hills of Val d'Elsa facing San Gimignano. We produce with organic agriculture mainly wines - Chianti DOCG and other Tuscan red and white wines - but also oil, wheat, barley, oak, linen, etc. The two apartments we rent [one with one bedroom, the other with two bedrooms] are on the ground floor of the building of the estate, overlooking the magnificent scenery of the Elsa Valley. Nearby are the estate's cellars in brickwork or carved out of the tufa, medieval granaries, storerooms, etc. Guests can taste and buy the wines and the olive oil produced by the estate.
