We offer accommodation and riding holidays at our equestrian centre with organic sheep farming. It is in a natural setting of hills, pine forest, meadows and vineyards The farm produces most of the ingredients used in the preparation of the dishes on the menu - vegetables from the kitchen garden, eggs, poultry and lamb. The chef cooks delicious French cuisine using the organic produce from the farm wherever possible. Enjoy homemade foie gras, magrets, cassoulet, and the best local wines. In the shade of the 100 year old pine trees look out over the Aude Valley and the Black Mountain - the most beautiful view point in the domain, the wooded, undulating landscape alternating harmoniously with the vineyards.
