Il Palazzo is a late medieval hill village in the heart of Tuscany a few kilometres from Arezzo. The ancient buildings have now been restored and the original village structure has been preserved in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature. We cultivate vines [30 hectares], olive trees and cereals. We produce an organic extra virgin olive oil from 6000 olive trees of different Tuscan types - Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and Pendolino - ensuring a product that is wholly integrated with the Tuscan tradition. The olive groves are cultivated following the organic farming method in terrains which are naturally suitable for the cultivation of olives. A buffet breakfast can be served, on request, in the Saletta della Ortensie.
