Organic breakfast - homemade organic marmalade and cakes, organic eggs and bread
A large lawn, a white mulberry bush, marine pine trees, pomegranates, olives, cherries, figs, plums, sage, lavender and laurel, lots of green space and a magnificent view await our guests. The swimming pool, in a perfect position where it gets the sun until late evening, is kept clean using eco friendly methods. A summer kitchen in the garden is available for guests to use. On request we can organize a local chef to come and prepare authentic Tuscan cuisine. You can buy organic chicken, vegetables and eggs from a local farmer. In the surrounding area there are many good restaurants and trattorias, two of which serve organic food [one of these serves a weekend buffet style brunch, much appreciated by international guests].
