Dating from the early Middle Ages the chateau has an organic and medieval garden and an organic poultry park. It is situated in a beautiful glacial valley in the Volcans d'Auvergne Regional Park. Two of the three guest rooms are in the 11th century tower, which has a vaulted ceiling and walls two metres wide. The dining room is equipped with an old auvergnate fireplace where the cooking takes place. Breakfasts and dinners are served here or outside on the terrace.
