Our farm consists of 14 acres of land, all of which are organically farmed. The main production is our precious extra virgin olive oil, but we also grow cereals [normally wheat or barley], part of which is used for handmade pasta or delicious soup. Guest accommodation is in large and comfortable rooms, all with private facilities. Breakfast is included. We make biscuits and various cakes using organic ingredients such as eggs, flour, butter, olive oil, nuts and almonds, and the table is normally enriched by homemade jams and fresh fruit from own production. Guests are also welcome to stay for dinner, which consists mainly of handmade pasta and fresh meat [locally supplied] together with vegetables from the garden.
