We have seven rooms sleeping two to four with one mini apartment. All products from our land are certified biologically grown with the main crops being olives and grapes. Both proprietors have masters degrees in gastronomic science with knowledge of regional artisanal food and wine products. We follow the tenets of Slow Food, believing in products which are 'good, clean and just' or in other words which respect tradition, are made in a way which respects nature, and are sustainable. We have a garden where we grow our own produce and fruit trees which supply figs, pears, apricots and almonds among others. The B&B has a beautiful infinity pool, free wireless internet access, spacious private baths, air conditioning.
