Organic home grown produce, fresh wild ocean run fish and seafood served in the dining room
This beautiful wilderness lodge is located on a privately owned, remote beach inside Alaska's Kachemak Bay State Park, midway between the villages of Seldovia and Halibut Cove. The lodge grows its own organic produce to serve to our guests, and dinners consist of fresh, wild, organic, ocean run fish and shellfish from local Alaskan waters. Organic cotton linens and blankets grace the cabins. The entire lodge was built from local, organic driftwood collected from the beaches of Kachemak Bay and cut, by hand, into the boards and timbers that make up this rare and unique eco lodge. The lodge was built over a course of many years, piece by piece, by Alaska pioneer Keith Iverson, who continues to build well into his 60s.
