Kaweah Cottage is located off the beaten track at the end of a rustic road. It is eco-friendly, energy efficient and non-toxic. Cozy, quiet and private it features handcrafted alder cabinetry and doors, sustainably harvested pine woodwork and oakwood floors, fine stonework, clayote walls, natural light, ceiling fans. The land comprises 62 acres of oak woodlands and riparian corridors, abundant wildlife, trails, horse pastures, open space. Over 1800 feet of frontage along the South Fork of the Kaweah River and secluded Grouse Creek. The dark night sky, the wild sounds of nature, vistas of the surrounding range and parklands. Nightly down canyon breezes from the high country. Organic garden and a variety of fruit trees.
