The land comprises 62 acres of oak woodlands and riparian corridors, abundant wildlife, trails, horse pastures, open space. Over 1800 feet of frontage along the South Fork of the Kaweah River and secluded Grouse Creek. The dark night sky, the wild sounds of nature, vistas of the surrounding range and parklands. Nightly down canyon breezes from the high country. Organic garden and a variety of fruit trees.
