A ten room eco hotel / yoga studio / wellness center in the central mountains in Costa Rica, an hour from the airport and an hour from the beach west of San Jose. Guests enjoy family style meals served on the balcony and cooked by our chefs. Our cuisine is international, with an emphasis on locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables, organic whenever possible, and some home grown in our organic garden. Breakfast includes a variety of seasonal fruits, juices, traditional Costa Rican 'gallopinto', eggs and organic coffees and teas. Our local cooks also serve up delicious dishes for dinner. We have an organic greenhouse on our property and many Costa Rican organic herbs for healing. The underground spring water is 100% drinkable.
