Five rooms in an ancestral building, renovated with typical materials from the Anjou area. The rooms are all on the ground floor with their own entrance and garden lounge. Two gites [one a cabin perched on stilts]. We have La Clef Verte ecolabel and Hebergement Nature et Patrimoine by the Parc Naturel Régional Loire Anjou Touraine. Our homemade bread is entirely bio, bio vegetables are grown in the garden, and jams, rilletes and pies are also bio. For the viennoiseries the flour is bio but not the butter. Aperitifs are made with plants from the garden and also with the alcohol we produce [brandy of mirabelle plum]. For the wine, we can recommend bio producers in the area. Around 70% of the products we serve are bio.
