Award winning chef Jean-Claude Juston welcomes you to his exclusively vegetarian guesthouse and restaurant. L'Atelier is a 350 year old traditional Berber house in the tiny unspoilt village of Mecina, high in the Alpujarras mountain range between Granada and the sun drenched shores. Voted one of the five best vegetarian restaurants in Spain. Jean-Claude uses much fresh organic local produce in the preparation of his meals - it is easy to find in the many health shops in the area, and organic fruit and vegetables are plentiful. A limited number of visitors are accepted as paying guests at reasonable rates [€25-€35 per person per night]. Vegetarian breakfast included in the room prices. Vegetarian lunch and dinner optional.
