A beautiful family hotel located next to the Moorish baths on the edge of the old part of Ronda. We try to serve our customers locally or organically grown produce. Breakfast usually includes homemade jams and cakes, freshly picked fruit, local cheeses, etc. At lunch time we serve an assortment of delicious tapas, accompanied by a good selection of wines. Dinner (available 4 days a week) could be a nice salad followed by a lamb tajine, washed down with a local red wine. We specialise in Moorish cuisine, using genuine spices in the preparation of dishes. An imposing limestone cliff, upon which the town is perched, rises up behind the hotel. In front, there are lovely views over the garden to open countryside.
