Organic dairy produce and home baked organic bread
For our breakfasts we use locally sourced quality ingredients, organic where possible, with enough variety to satisfy vegetarians and carnivores alike. Wild boar sausages from Perthshire, raspberries, strawberries and redcurrants grown nearby, our own homemade breads and oatcakes made using organic flours, and Scottish cheeses and honeys. The ingredients we use are not exclusively organic but are chosen on the basis of quality and low food miles as well as production methods. Pillars of Hercules organic farm shop supplies most of our yogurts and cheeses - they also have a very good organic cafe. If you like, you can prepare your own breakfast rolls the evening before, then I will pop them in the oven in the morning.
