A delightfully secluded cottage within the beautiful walled garden of the Galloway House estate. Beams, woodburner, Rayburn, large enclosed private lawn, heated open air pool in summer. Our smallholding [free range ducks, hens, guineafowl, naturally reared rare breed sheep, Dexter cows] borders an organic dairy farm, woodland and the sandy beach of Rigg Bay. Guests can order eggs, rare breed meat and garden produce such as artichokes, potatoes, salads. Lobster is available locally, and other seafood can be delivered to your door. Catch your own mackerel and sea bass. Local shops sell local produce including organic ice cream and preserves. Home baking is served from our tea tent in the summer.
