A cottage and barn attached to the main farmhouse have been converted into comfortable accommodation without sacrificing character. It's full of rustic oak beams, sandstone alcoves and many other charming features. There's a small walled garden to the front of the cottage, in which you might enjoy a barbecue whilst admiring the views across the countryside. Town End Farm is a working farm and the family has farmed here for many generations. Visitors to the cottage are invited to wander over the 330 acres of farmland running along the beautiful river Eden. Fly fishing is available for two rods, please ask for details. The farm welcomes well behaved children to help on the farm at the owner's discretion.
