Palazzi Rufini is a small hamlet built around a 13th century tower in Capocavallo, 12km from Perugia. The farmhouse has been completely renovated and restructured and consists of five spacious independent apartments, traditionally furnished with rustic and antique furniture. The agriculture is rigorously biodynamic and at present concentrates mainly on the cultivation of olives, fruit and vegetables. The garden occupies an area of about 5000 square metres and the swimming pool is set in the verdant leafy green of an orchard. Cooking has always been the owner's passion and it is possible to arrange cooking lessons. Badminton, croquet, archery, mountain and road bikes, mini football and ping pong also available.
