Auberge Les Liards is situated on top of a volcano in the natural regional parc of Livradois Forez. Our guesthouse is surrounded by nature, by calmness, by many farm animals. It has been renovated with ecological materials. We try to work with respect for the natural environment and have been awarded La Clef Verte Ecolabel. The food we serve in our restaurant is based on fresh produce using as much organic as possible, and as much local as possible. Coffee and tea come from organic, fairtrade organisations. Evening menu for room guests, €18. We serve home baked cakes and tartlets, crepes and drinks in our cafe / bar / tearoom. There are four hiking trails starting at the guest house, from one to five hours long.
