Auberge Les Liards is situated on top of a volcano in the natural regional parc of Livradois Forez. Our guest house is surrounded by nature, by calmness, by many farm animals. It has been renovated with ecological materials. We try to work with respect for the natural environment. The food we serve in our restaurant is based on fresh produce using as much organic as possible, and as much local as possible. Coffee and tea come from organic, fair trade organisations. Evening menu for room guests, 12-17 euros. Light summer meals, 5-7 euros. We serve home baked cakes and tartlets, crêpes and drinks in our café / bar / tearoom. There are four hiking trails starting at the guest house, from one to five hours long.
