Luxury ensuite bedrooms have everything you need. The dining room is perfect for a leisurely organic breakfast, benefiting from the morning sun with a view over the front garden and the hills beyond. There are log fires, a cosy sitting room and candlelit dinners. Wines are organic, and Tim's menus use the best of local organic produce. Meat from Welsh Farm Organics, smoked salmon from The Organic Smokehouse, and flour from Bacheldre Watermill for the homemade bread. There is a kitchen garden, polytunnel and free-range hens, all of which contribute to the experience.
