A Georgian style colonial house surrounded by a large garden, terraces and a swimming pool. In the 75000 square metre grounds you'll see sheep, ducks, rabbits, donkeys, local turtles, peacocks. Enjoy produce of the highest quality, principally from the island, in our restaurant. Bread is freshly baked in the hotel kitchen every day, the sobrasada is our own, and the yogurt is produced locally. To create our salads we gather ingredients directly from our own kitchen garden. Every morning we go to the market to select the best products for our table, and fish is bought daily from local fishermen. Minorca is one of the last undiscovered paradises in the Mediterranean, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO.
