Fiorano is an 18th century farmhouse overlooking a large estate of organic vineyards and olive groves. The most important part of the house is the wide vaulted hall with its fireplace obtained from the old stables, where breakfasts and meals are served. In summer, breakfast is served outside under the wonderful arcade. The farm produces very special organic wines. It is possible to organise traditional cooking courses, and meetings and courses on biological agriculture. Fiorano has the Ecolabel from Legambiente Turismo thanks to its restructure in biobuilding, systems for energy and water saving, reduction in the production of waste, and recycling of refuse. The medieval town Cossignano is just 2km away.
