Newly refurbished to an extremely high standard, the cottage is furnished with locally made pine furniture. There's a spacious cosy living / dining area with a welcoming log burning stove set into the large stone built fireplace. French windows open onto a large patio with panoramic views southwards towards a lake, the Roman Wall and distant hills. At one end of this patio is a barbecue for relaxed summer evenings. Towards the northern boundary of the farm is an ancient stone circle. This site is worth the walk, not only for it's historical interest, but also for the views it offers. There is access from our land to a specially created boardwalk and bird watching hide on nearby Greenlee Lough nature reserve.
